What is equine therapy?
The treatment with the help of horses is a treatment that combines interactions with horses from the ground.
The horse will be our partner. With the horse we can experience ourselves and get immediate feedback on the connection we create with the other.
Since the horse responds to us in the “here and now“, we can produce change and receive immediate feedback from the horse, without criticism and without judgment.
The horse is an animal that is happy to cooperate, and responds absolutely to our body language, energy and even heartbeat.
The horses will serve as a huge mirror,
And they will re-illuminate our behavior and the energies we bring.
We will get a different perspective on our place in society,
in the family,
at work and in our personal lives.
