Daily tip …
When I started to ride, once many years ago, the equipment was quite simple, the cranks were iron, at best they had a rubber bottom designed to hold the acrobat better.
Fortunately, since then quite a lot has changed about the crankshafts,
Today there are already cranks of various materials, spring cranks, aluminum cranks, and much more.
I want to tell you about the crankshafts I use.
They are really cranky like cranks on this link:

What is special about them is that they are made of plastic (which makes them lighter and therefore the weight of the general saddle is easier because of them, plus they have a relatively large part of iron at the bottom.
The iron part, because it is wide, contributes to the stability and comfort of treading on the crank. In addition, iron has a kind of thorns, which help the crankshaft not slip – even if you tread on mud on a rainy day before you climb …

When I bought these crankets for the first time, more than 10 years ago, they were only of expensive firms and cost between 500-1000 NIS! Today, thankfully, you have to get them at affordable prices!

What cranks do you use?
